It’s simple, tenants set out their trash cans during their communities designated time, which for example could be between 5-7pm. Then we do the rest and the tenants then bring their cans back in that night after pickup or before 9am the following morning.

Pickup times vary between apartment complexes, often 2 hour windows. Check with your leasing office for your designated time.

It happens we get it. We urge residents to keep bags within their cans to minimize potential stains in the outdoor area. However, when more than one bag is present simply stack the other on top in the can. Please note oversized items like furniture/appliances can not be collected.

EWS provides all tenants with trashcans. Your trash can then be placed in these and then set out for pickup during your communities designated time.
